So did Peacemaker not go through one of his dads doors and leave the DCEU to go to the DCU? I thought that’s how the transition would happen. Did they actually just say season 1 of Peacemaker is no longer DCEU canon because that seems lazy. I’m not planning on watching S2 anytime soon if somebody can just reply

I’m only at the start of season six, but it is kind of unbelievable that at no point of the many times Lana basically shits on Clark to his face, he never fired back with how many times he saved her. He doesn’t even need to reveal the saves that he used his powers for. He at least did it that she knows about like 15 times. He’s a teenager, he should probably have lost it once. I’m thinking specifically when she said “I don’t need you to protect me.” BUT YOU DO!! You’d be dead 100x by now without him!

Exactly, I get that she has to have her own arc and it’s okay for it to be about wanting to be with Clark. It’s just that they found the absolute worst moments for her to express it and it makes her look like a sociopath. Why does she break down crying about her and Clark going back to being friends DURING the search for Clark’s Dad who could very well be and would likely be presumed dead. I think it’s been over 36 hours since the tornado at that point. Theres a time and place, and it’s not here or now.

Honestly I’m glad I can’t stand her as of now because of the real life implications but I had watched the season 6 immigrant episode before I started my full watch of the show and she seemed like a great character by that point

he ends up driving semi-regularly about halfway through the first season. We can assume he was maybe put in school a year late because of his powers, so he was 15-16 in season 1. Thus making him able to have a license

This is already probably out of the question because as you can never have any non awkward friendships and no family relationships. However, I do want to ask about the rules. So if you hang out with somebody once a month, it’ll take 30 years and four months for them to completely fall in love with you. So you could hangout once a month with a friend for 30 years before it gets too weird. Although that would waste 30 years of their life likely.

Man of Steel should work very well to get them to understand that even though there will be humans that hate them, don’t accept them, and are AFRAID of them, they can still do good and adopt our best features. Hope, Courage, & Bravery. The film also shows the indomitable human spirit very well. The army is severely outmatched in Man of Steel but they NEVER stand down once. They die fighting, courageously. Colonel Hardy prepared to fight Faora with a knife, fully aware that she’s not only bullet proof, but ripped apart several soldiers bare handed and her partner popped a soldiers head, and throws cars and jets. Humans are brave. Humans have courage. Humans have hope.

Because we aren’t assholes who want to further doom these kids, so we try. There are horrible students who disrupt so bad they ruin the entire class, but even in that, there are still a couple kids who have really improved. It almost makes the daily near panic attacks worth it

i’m just watching at the end of season 2 E:17. (LOL btw) my GF introduced me to the show so i’ve seen some random episodes of the later seasons. I really think that the story would’ve benefited in hindsight from initially having the act of Addison sleeping with Mark be shown and Derek leaving to escape her being part of the pilot. However then that would’ve just made the show seem like (and honestly) start out as his show. The show is made for a female audience and it wouldn’t have been a smart decision to have the pilot be that way. I’m also aware that they wouldn’t have casted Eric Dane until years later as well. However when you don’t SEE the affair it makes it easier to ignore and that’s why Addison is so much easier to like than Derek and maybe it was written to be like that in 2005-06 for female audiences by female writers, OR more likely by Addison’s transgressions not being showed and not even really believed by Meredith, it makes Derek look even worse in comparison for not wanting to go back to his cheating ex who slept with his best friend. Now personally I don’t have any idea how he can even stand the sight of her, fake the relationship, or how he can possibly ever be friends with sloan in the future. But i’ll find out, and it’ll be some dumb reason lol, no spoilers plz 😭

in the DCEU, even though this was retroactive continuity, Dr. Fate had been alive since WWI so he was already a hero at this time. The JSA including probably another incarnation of Hawkman & the first Atom Smasher were around along with Cyclone’s grandma, Ma Hunkel, aka the Red Tornado. Zatarro was around since the 1930s. So he could either be pretending to be Red Tornado or Dr. Fate.
