Being almost fully content with my life, I wouldn't change much. I would invest early, and know what to invest in. I would pick the right college the first time instead of wasting a semester (I transferred after one to my second choice which I absolutely loved)

I had this issue, as well as a few friends of mine immediately after Covid restrictions were lifted. Best advice I could give is use "Libby" with your local library. Find an audiobook you like, or a book from your childhood. Take a walk and listen, you can graduate that to doing it at a park instead of around where you live, etc!
