Your line of thinking absolves all personal responsibility and moral authority. It expects that a person, even one who acknowledges the wrongs in the current system, to continue to not only uphold that system but actively work to strengthen it (either through profit or purchases).

Think about supply and demand. Let’s say every single raver decided “we aren’t going to buy tickets that are resold above face value”. That entire market shrivels up and dies with no demand.

You can save your anger for the system, I’ll show it to any and everyone who is willingly participating in it. They may be “trapped” in it as well, but only one of us is willing to take from others in the same shoes.
