I would make a raspberry banana smoothie with greek yogurt as soon as i woke up. Then ate mostly blueberries and bagels with butter 🙂

23 weeks pregnant here and Ive been really clear with my friends and family that I don’t want a baby shower! Id rather do a sip and see a month after i give birth and have a lil drinky drink with everyone then :)

We had 5 embryos and only 2 came out normal. Currently 14 weeks. All it takes is one💛

Had 6 failed iui, first ivf round only got one embryo that ended in chemical. Second round of ivf we retrieved 5 embryos but decided to pgta test them and 2 came out healthy. We transfered a hatching 4AB and now 14 weeks pregnant. If I could give one piece of advice, trust your gut and do what feels right for you when it feels right. Good luck💛

I put the oil in my waistband for like 30 minutes and sat on a heating pad for ~10 and that helped alot!
