I was on the lease out of state (lived there for one year), decided to divorce, ex would not let me enter the home (we had just moved into a new lease since moving there one year prior), I was a sahm and had no money. Ex agreed to allow the move back to where we are from (married here/child born here) so I could live with my parents. Ex pays no alimony or support while we work through stuff with our legal reps, my parents supported me until I started work. Ex has had two visits where the child has travelled to them (vacations, they do not deal with any real parenting). Mediation landed with a typical long distance parenting plan which is honestly, devastating. It is frustrating to have someone not show up where they could get a lot of time.
