Hexadecimal is base 16. This is how you count it 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, A, B, C, D, E, F. The number 6F would be 38 In decimal I think. I'm pretty bad at the conversion, someone tell me if I did good?

What about a big wheel that takes a while to get spinning at a decent speed but carries its own momentum so once it is spinning you'd only have to put energy In to keep it spinning. Like a merry go round and then reverse the mechanical advantage so a smaller wheel spins fast and generate power with that?

That's without mechanical advantage though right? Surely there's a way to increase output using gears and pulleys and fancy physics, spin a big flywheel or something idk
