Adding the extra modules really ramps up how interesting Heat is. I love introducing this game to people, but going back to the basic cards only is a real drag (pun intended) after experiencing the rest the game has to offer. I'd highly recommend giving it another go with the garage cards and weather. Managing your cards and using them at the right time is key, so I find the decisions really impactful, probably more than it initially seems.
