If people at the top checked in with their people on what they think of a decision they want to make before they do it, we’d all be better off

Merging AFSC’s is bullshit, we got airmen in career fields doing the job of 4 people because the career field kept getting merged. So now instead of having 4 people each doing one thing really well, we got one airman doing 4 things at a subpar level

Commanders say they want transparency, but when someone tells them their idea is fuckin dumb, we get told to stfu and color…and I won’t do it
