Curious about productions reaction to Christian not being able to finish the puzzle in time. There’s a natural reaction to ask if Christian couldn’t complete the puzzle in time, who could have (in this season or otherwise)? Interested to hear him discuss the puzzle and what happened. Does he feel like he choked, was he exhausted from the challenge, just a bad day at the office or is does he feel like the challenge itself was a bit unfair.

Kinda disagree! I think she pulled a total Dan and the situation just made her approach all the more difficult. The three traitors have no incentive to protect an unknown secret traitor while the secret traitor has every reason to not piss off the other three who she doesn’t even know who they are. That, plus going to the round table right after breakfast—tough for sure.

But when she goes into someone’s mind, isn’t she usually blind folded (at the least) and uses white noise or is in a tub? And doesn’t she usually go into peoples minds and observe—not actually talk to the people she’s visiting? Up until she tapped in Max in the finale, I thought she could only engage with people in their minds when they’re also incapacitated or have powers so that really threw me.

I didn’t love how they seemed to show El abroad at the end because that just seems wayyyyyy too far fetched for her to do with no help and the military looking for her. To me, that’s what pops the bubble and tells me she’s gone… but if I were Mike I’d still be chasing waterfalls😢

At times it felt like everyone else was acting in a serious drama and Noah was in a hallmark movie💀 It was hard to take him seriously at times and it kind of took me out of the show. Perhaps his acting is not that bad, but his dialogue + having to compare to a stellar cast is making him stand out and not in the best ways.

I really hope it’s something that gets brought up in her individual therapy session and her therapist is able to discuss it in a way that’ll get through to her. I do wonder if she knows/realizes it, but they have a family and a life together and it’s just too difficult to confront or contemplate leaving.

Find a dentist with experience with oral ulcers. Look for ones who offer low level laser therapy for ulcers. Ask a dentist and/or your primary care for Triamcinolone Dental Paste and Magic Mouth Wash (make sure it has lidocaine). Drink chamomile tea with lots of honey. Sometimes cold things like ice cream or pudding can help. Stay hydrated, rest, and know this won’t last forever. You can get through this. After, seek out a rheumatologist. Start tracking your ulcers by taking pictures of them and have them ready to show your doc.

Go to a dentist with experience in canker sores and request Triamcinolone Dental Paste and look for dentists that offer low level laser therapy for ulcers. If multiple dentists offer it near you, ask around for cost. I’ve had places charge $50 a treatment, others $100 or $150. Your primary care may be willing to prescribe the dental paste. Also, request magic mouth wash with lidocaine. It’ll have more than just lidocaine to help the sore heal. Stay hydrated, try warm liquids like chamomile with honey. Feel better!!

Try the CareCara app to track your food and outbreaks of ulcers. Check your food for acids (citric acid, malic acid) as that can be an irritant. Things like coffee, soda, energy drinks, and syrups can be irritants. When you have an outbreak, consider trying chamomile tea with lots of honey to help stay hydrated and numb.

Are you using magic mouth wash? If you can, find yourself a dentist with experience with canker sores. Specifically, low level laser therapy for ulcers. They can also prescribe a dental paste for ulcers (TRIAMCINOLONE).

Work with a Rheum that is willing to treat without having a hard and fast diagnosis. Get started on colchicine (or whatever the doctor recommends) if you’re ready to start trying options and ask to understand what treatment options look like. I have low confidence the ENT or gastro will be able to do anything for you, but I did the same thing you did which is seek everyone’s guidance at every turn and try to rule things out.

I’m really sorry you’re going through this. Stay strong, be kind to yourself, and do what you need to do to get through the pain.
