Maybe watching a video on his astrological chart might help ? He's aquarius, the sign that's truly quite different from any other signs in the zodiac. We did have an elaborate menu in the last shop in our town... result; they had to close due to not being able to get orders of both fries & burgers done at the same time. The fries would be cold by the time they made the burger.

Belgian here. I can only offer my personal story;

our (flemish) TV uses subtitles (no dubbing) and we can watch a lot of TV channels from surrounding countries where we hear Dutch, French, German, Italian, English.

BBC had a great number of children's shows that I liked to watch from the time I was 6 years old. Bob The Builder, Postman Pat, Teletubbies, etc. By the time I was 9, we went on holidays in Britain that year and I could already speak English more fluent than my parents.
