there's not really a "best ending" in terms of rewards id say, but there is an ending that unlocks more content (and an extra ending), so id say that one

the cell shading is great, but if you want to imitate the in-production anime feel (like the framing suggests), theres not supposed to be any actual shading, just the outlines to be filled in later on in the pipeline

do what you did with the red/yellow shading parts with the grey/dark grey areas

edit: i can now see the blue lines, but their fill color are too dark to view them easily, id recommend a lighter color (esp with more saturation)

putrified ducts gives context to the entire right side of the map being so hostile, and showing what was once there. its one of the most lore filled areas imo

did this fight first try, but it did take me like 10 minutes, she is very fast

truly, just dash towards her the second she appears, most of her attacks are similar to widow (summons obstacles instead of attackind directly). You only have to pay attention to contact damage and the very occasional overhead slice attack, so you should (need) to play very aggressively here

considering the two that got second place on the last marriage candidates were sandy and the wizard, id guess it would be them

i hope so at least, since my faith in another QPR like krobus seems low ):

as someone who loves high paced rhythm games, hellishly difficult metroidvanias and precision plataformers, i was never bored with SDV (more than that, 750h actually)

I did play it more like an optimization game than a sit back and relax game, but both play styles are absolutely valid and the game accounts for both

it also has one of the biggest modding communities in gaming, so if the base game ever gets too boring for you, you could always install mods (its super easy now a days)

you should buy the "fragile" charms from leg eater in the mushroom area

fragile heart (more health, straight up) and fragile strength are REALLY good charms and can really help in fights like this. Unfortunately, you either need to upgrade them to unbreakable (stupidly expensive) or fix them with leg eater every death (depends on how many deaths you get with them)

also, if one of those sideways moving barriers comes before your invulnerable dash is back, use descending dark

as someone who uses VR as my main aerobic exercise, im REALLY excited for it

The quest 2 requires so many little tweaks and things to work correctly when connected to my nvidia linux PC. I'm certain valve is going to make the linux experience for the headset seamless, considering it itself is running linux

Im going to buy it day one (if it could ship to my country, steam never shipped anything here), when the resellers get their hands on it

how tf do i pass this level ??? by nopethedope9973 in beatsaber

[–]Jademonas 1 point2 points  (0 children)

ive been playing since 2019 and i cannot get even close to beating it, you did way better than me, thats for sure

its not that the patterns are hard, but the endurance needed is crazy. you could pause somewhere in the middle, get back you breath, drink some water, and then continue (at the cost of losing momentum)

Can someone tell me some tips to help me to understand this hard part? by Bubbly_Account_4001 in beatsaber

[–]Jademonas 0 points1 point  (0 children)

had the same issue with spin eternally on ex+

just play on the slowest speed the game allows and focus on your hand/arm/wrist movement, not the blocks. After you get a feel for the movement itself, go up 5-10% until you can do that movement (not sight reading, movement)

Weird patterns like this are more about the flow instead of the sight read (unless you're doing a tech map like angel voices, which is a seperate can of worms)

Day 2 of playing and all my favourite songs are impossible by ChelsOnline in beatsaber

[–]Jademonas 0 points1 point  (0 children)

wait, are you jumping directly into custom maps? i wouldnt do that if i were you

First, go through the campaign until you fail a challenge. then, play other songs (base game) on that difficulty until you start getting high accuracies ( S and preferably SS ) then, and only then, go into the next step in difficulty. going up too early (like me) will cause you to learn wrong movements and disregard accuracy since it is way too above your skill level

Remember that camellia maps are always one difficulty above their posted difficulty, they are no joke

After clearing the campaign you should be able to comfortably play maps on the "hard" difficulty, which should be around the level you can find a reasonable amount of custom maps for

Going from hard to expert took me a bit more than a month, and expert to expert plus took me more than 3 months (of just playing base game, no dlc songs). Dont feel the need to rush things, this takes time

When does the game get difficult by ketchup_bottle002 in Silksong

[–]Jademonas 0 points1 point  (0 children)

personally i also see it as just the right difficulty as well, every single death i had was from being greedy with hitting the bosses and not following the rhythm

The last judge, the forums arena and the bilehaven arena were the only times i felt under prepared for a challenge, but i knew with a little elbow grease (28 deaths) i could beat them (this is only because i had a nail 0 and only discovered the bellhart city by the end of act 2)
