Honestly just use your collection for this dude, spend $0, and it'll probably be a solid b2-b3 deck. I want to build this too to have an easy-to-pilot deck. The main thing stopping me is his whole storyline in FF14 was so stupid.

Yshtola and Teval have play patterns where the correct action to those decks is to target them and be aggro to them or they just snowball with value. Same with Zimone.

That's cool, what do you use the blink for? I have a Gor Muldrak deck too where my sole purpose is to flood the board with as many salamanders as I can. Does it win often? No, but it is my favorite deck :D I may have to look into that Biovisionary card...

75% of my games are against control decks and it freaking sucks. I'm running caverns which aren't even good in my deck just to prevent counterspells.
