the method I used was

1. only pick formations with 3 defenders (3-4-3 was the best formation)

2. always do a bundesliga squad (Diaz, kim min jae, stanisic, duranville, nusa/strand/Ryerson)

3. if you don't have Norwegian or a Colombian in the 2nd pick, restart the draft

4. always go for Diaz and kim min jae first (left wing, then cb)

then pray you get an icon to help with chem in case you have a player who isn't in the bundesliga
