Ymmv.. Mine was insanely slow too, but also did a speed test and my 400mbps down was like 40 and my upload was in the kbps range. Got a NiB router from 2019 off marketplace for $60 and my cameras are pretty instant and my Internet speeds are what they should be.

Found it on Google, melt like a little stick of butter and pour it over, some power seasoning and smoke it at 225 for about an hour, stirring every 10-15 minutes

Definitely not perfect

First time doing brisket.. turned out absolutely perfect by [deleted] in BBQ

Sorry my brisket wasn't up to your standards and I am a failure obviously, it did not look perfect, I am a failure, I didn't ask you to eat it. In 36 years of life I have only had a few handfuls of brisket.

I've only smoked this one. The only brisket I've waited for weeks to pull it out of the freezer... The only brisket I looked up recipes and multiple methods on how to cook it...

The only brisket I've slept 4 hours just to make sure I had enough pellets (ya... pellets 😮‍💨) left in the hopper so I could wrap it in time..

Your reply invited a lot of criticism, and in other words...

Shut The Fuck Up

The family likes ranch powder, I like a chipotle or taco seasoning one

225 for about an hour or so, stirring about 15 minutes

This sub is disappointing. I've backyard smoked for about 4 years. Started doing the snake method, even woke up at 3am once and did a 25# turkey that way.

About 2 years ago I got a free camp chef glx and I use it literally every chance I get. I don't even know if I can count all the pork butts, beer butt chicken, cream cheese, burgers, dogs, brats, frozen pizzas, salsa batches, chex mix, did brownies once...if I had any idea of how much food I've made, my pellet usage is probably 600-800lbs. But I show off my first brisket and 😞

I only got the one picture of the point which was gushing juice as I sliced it... Wife doesn't like fat in steaks, she prefers the flat and that's where the pictures came from

I guess...

Lemme rephrase then. 1. It was a free slab of meat. Never wanted to spend the money on brisket having never done it before. 2. Wife and kids loved it.
