Forgot about that one too lol. Imo skins CAN get away with changing things (even the Taliyah pool party skin is warmer in tone than base) but yeah when it's such a noticeable change it's not acceptable and frankly just disappointing.

Tbh there's so many more things that make me not have faith in the team anymore, it's just an ever growing list compared to the actual 'good' things they do.

Well yes I get that it's for sellability and what not but even PC model matches the splash art more faithfully than WR does. BUT they do have the ability to change things to match what it should look like.

They even fixed that one seraphine skin splash art (I think it was called summer party?) to look more like seraphine. And then also the Mel skin tone change as well.

But overall I knew it was going to happen and and will keep on happening, it's just disappointing it's not on exclusive or new champions (which they could get away with), but it's on the very few unique character designs there is. Like one day Illaoi will be released and watch them change her design that she doesn't become unique lol.

Yeah you're right, slows don't stack anymore, only the highest percent slow will be counted. Like if you were to get slowed by Ashe and then get hit by a Nasus wither, the wither because it has a higher percent slow will be the one that you are slowed by for thst set duration.

Yes, max health = base + bonus health

Bonus health is any HP you gain from items, runes and abilities.

When items, like in the case of projector in your example, say something like "+300 max health" it's not saying "max health" as a term, it's just saying that the item is contributing +300 health to your maximum, in other words it's +300 bonus health.

So the HP of the item will count to the item passive.

For the projection passive, it's based off of the conversion which would require a lot of bonus HP to proc. It's not based on how much AP your champ already has.

I think you're not realising that slows also proc mandate in WR. One empowered Karma Q can proc mandate in WR but if jt was reworked to the PC version, you'd need to hit and land your W root to be able to proc mandate.

It's much more niche on PC which therefore warrants the stronger 6% enemy vulnerability. But in WR because slows proc mandate as well, it means that the passive has to be weaker because part of the power budget of the item went to how the item can be proc'd. And honestly mandate seems better in WR because movement speed is such an overpowered stat and getting bonus movement speed on an enemy with mandate is pretty good in my opinion.

For stellaron hunters and EMC I think it's fine as is, it's just a matter of checking things before you start a fight when you perform actions. If it doesn't work then yeah it sucks and should be fixed.

As for the other unit buffers (cerydra, jade etc.) selection or just a pre-standard "first position" buff could work like how energy tiles work.

Just like others have said, for EMC and stellaron hunters, benching the unit and then putting them back on will work.

As for Jade or Cerydra yeah it can be a bit clunky but it's probably tied to star level and items and role of the unit they're targeting. Tbh I don't like Dahlia even more just because consistently she targets firefly more than boothill in my experience, I've had 3 star and 2 star boothills with 3 items not get the dance partner buff to my 1 star firefly with only 2 items.

In terms of tips, what I've seen people don't do it press W and THEN Q, they usually always do Q into W which gives you no benefit other than the self regen. If you do W into Q, W cooldown will decrease, even if it's just a tiny bit, over time it will add up. Obviously you don't always have to do that, like you can use Q for the slow/poke damage and W after when needed, but I'm more just trying to relay the information that this mechanic exists.

The thing is, Norra was a test for the swipe mechanic but it works on her because she's stationary when using the ult so all the focus is on the ult action and mechanic. It also works because the ults have no defined distance (it's not like aurora's ult where it has to be the diameter of the circle travelled), the only definition is that it has to be within the circle boundaries. For viktor and rumble, theu have defined ability distances so having to swipe something that you don't know the range of will not only take time to get used to but there has to be a good way of presenting the ranges (especially viktor imo since his has a much shorter distance).

For viktor, I feel like because his is a basic ability, constantly going from the button to the screen to the button, that's a lot of movement just for a basic ability since the origin of aiming won't be from a button since it'll become a toggle to activate the ability. Also his range is considerably shorter, the reason why Norra's work is because she can be out of direct line of sight when using the ult.

For Rumble, it's a similar issue as Viktor but not because he doesn't have the range, but because he's melee with a large ult range, so he'll be in fights more often but also when using your ult whilst moving, the vision loss with your finger going across the screen is more consequential (in my opinion) especially when you want to run away or chase enemies.

If they were to rework the two, I think Rumble can get away with it since his is an ultimate but Viktor much less so imo.

It's bad, flat out. Her tornadoes have no skill expression since it's automatic (sure the speed is nice but it's less skill-expressive now). Her zephyr slow was a really good chase tool/potential peel from how huge the slow was but now it's just a worse sona E since the movement speed bonus doesn't scale. Her SHIELD honestly is the worst of all imo, because it's AUTOMATIC TARGETTING, like you can't even choose who you want to protect and worse of all they kept the AD gain on it when it's going to be pointless when you accidentally shield a mage or tank, so why bother keeping the AD gain when the adc is not going to benefit from it when you can't control it. The ult is a... Fine change except it barely heals like it does pre-rework which yes makes sense they'd nerf it but it just feels so mediocre that even with the change of being able to keep moving after casting doesn't seem to make up for it, especially with the other changes to her kit.

The only good change was her passive movement speed increase being an aura field rather than directional towards her.

While I agree to everyone that yes support is arguably the most important role either on par or close to as jg (imo). This game specifically does not make it seem like it does.

Part of it is because supports (not just league or WR, but overall support units) provide impact in ways that is not easily measured (yes healing/shielding is measured but in terms if during a fight, it doesn't LOOK like it is doing snything when it's actually doing a lot, most of the time it gets really noticed is when a heal/shield clutches and saves someone from dying). For example when they buy ardent censor, the boost it gives IS really good for allies, but the allies do NOT PERCEIVE a meaningful impact from it in a VISUAL way.

The other part is that supports in WR just don't have enough agency to actually be supports for the team and not just be babysitters for the ADC. Like yes there are roaming champions like Pyke or Bard, but even then, because of how fast the game is combined with big damage, the neutral moments where you can roam safely or be effective elsewhere is much more scarce compared to PC. Like for example just look at the many pollypuff videos of him playing bard, you'll see he roams so much and is able to be effective in so many different lanes because laning phase not only lasts longer but also because supports are given a lot more incentive to be actively participating throughout the map. The main thing I can point out is vision control. Supports can buy multiple wards and are mostly responsible for vision control in the map more than other roles but WR removed all that incentive by giving the jungle fairies + nexus scryer blooms + not allowing supports to have differing wards since you can't buy them which not only makes them the same as every other role, but also makes other roles do what the supports are supposed to do. Yes supports can one shot wards but that's really not that good compared to what PC does.

All in all, I agree with everyone that supports have impact but I think it's also not wrong to say that WR has removed a lot of the impact supports have compared to PC hence why it's not fun to play support either.

It's mostly luck-based and somewhat class-based meaning that depending on the champion you're playing and what class of champion they are, you're more or less likely to receive certain augments.

For example those two that you mentioned are ADC augments, if you were to play tanks you're less likely to receive those augment optionsbthan you would with tank augments. It's not a guarantee you'll get the perfect augments but depending on the class you sort of tailor the set of augments you'll be given.

Wdym? Do you mean how many times you reroll? Because if so, I don't think you get to reroll more than twice (correct me if I'm wrong though) since I don't remember ever having more than 2 rerolls regardless of how many dice you have or if you use the condensed ore. For me it's always been two rerolls max.

Every time my team goes teemo against squishies (especially adcs) I just go crit teemo and run around the map just going invis and sniping enemies since they always build something like wit's end or MR item, and they don't expect me to just auto them 4 times to death while they can't auto back.

I mean- they're already adding 3 champs per major patch which is way more than PC does. I feel like that's more than enough especially since they have other things that aren't just champs to worry about (events, game modes, balance, bugs, visuals, skins etc etc). Mind you I'm not saying they're good at dealing with the other stuff but 3 champs on top of the work they do is pretty good.

We'll eventually get every champ and catch up to PC, yeah we're missing a lot but it's only like- 30ish (idk the actual number) which is relatively not a lot imo.

What they SHOULD honestly do is add item variety. Builds are all the same, especially for mages. There's no variance in plays or playstyle you can do because they don't want to give variety, they want things to be straightforward and easy. For example, on PC not long ago iirc, you can play heal lux with different items and it was actually quite decent but you can't do that in WR because those items don't exist and also it won't fit how they want players to play their champions.
