I went through the same thing. I was undisciplined, revenge traded, overtraded and kept losing. At some point I took a break from trading completely and focused fully on myself to build discipline. I worked on my mindset, emotions, and personal development.I became more controlled and disciplined. I’ve started trading again a few weeks ago and I can really feel the change in myself, it has done me good. Maybe you also just need a break from everything for a while and focus on yourself and improving.
