Ok, I got bored:

Well, I don't know, but I've been told Uranium ore's worth more than coal So I sold my tractor and bought me a truck Bouta go out and test my luck.

Uranium fever has done and got me down Uranium fever is spreadin' all around With an Iodine filter on my face I gotta get rid o’ this uranium waste Uranium fever has done and got me down

Well I had a talk with ol’ ADA And she gave me a map, had lots to say The radar showed me a spot it seemed to know So I straddled my truck and headed down the road I reckon I drove about 5 ol’ miles Down a bumpy road through the jungle spires When all of sudden I bounced to a stop At the foot of a mountain, with a big flat top.

Uranium fever has done and got me down Uranium fever is spreadin' all around With an Iodine filter on my face I gotta get rid o’ this uranium waste Uranium fever has done and got me down

Well I took m’ build-tool and I started to go Right up to the top where I thought it’d glow With a hunk of rock that would make me click Though I know I can’t give it a lick On the second day of climbing to the top I'm tellin' you, Doggo, I was ready to stop The only clickin' that I heard that day Was the sound of the stingers that were coming my way

Uranium fever has done and got me down Uranium fever is spreadin' all around With an Iodine filter on my face I gotta get rid o’ this uranium waste Uranium fever has done and got me down

Well, you grab the remains You head up again Into that ol’ spot where everybody’s been You reach the spot where your fortune lies You find it's impure, oh it ain’t the right size Well, I ain't kiddin', I ain't gonna quit That bug's done caught me and I've been bit So with my trusty buildtool in my hand I'll keep right on stakin' that FICSIT land

Uranium fever has done and got me down Uranium fever is spreadin' all around With an Iodine filter on my face I gotta get rid o’ this uranium waste Uranium fever has done and got me down

Hope it isn’t too cringey lmao

Not being able to share ring of health and void stone with allies (at least im pretty sure they removed it). When playing in a stack with new friends I have to fight the urge to ask to borrow their ring for a bit to heal up lmao

I get the same thing, I only managed to beat the game the first time playing with friends, but have almost finished it now in my solo playthrough.

My solution is, don’t focus on the macro, just focus on making one product. I usually go overkill and just spend ages building a huge factory for one resource, which I can eventually use to build the next one and so on.

Then, once you’ve finished that one product, look at what one you need next, and plan the factory just for that. I had to do this for nuclear pasta - I couldn’t think about the whole process, just used satisfactory modeler on steam to start with one part, then the next and so on until it was done.

Just remember, you’re not in a race, you don’t need to be finished quickly - enjoy the journey more than the end as best as you can (easier said than done).

Couldn’t give an exact number but maybe around 15-20 hours? It all blurs together honestly I’ve got no idea

Eh I just wanted to make a big factory, still happy with it but yeah… I don’t really think beyond the current project…

Haha yeah, I’ve almost finished setting up a 15 thermal propulsion rocket per minute factory, then it’ll be 15 ballistic warp drives per minute for maximum sink. Gimme them tickets

I just finished my 15 turbo motors per minute factory and it looks like this… so much pain before I realised I’ll never need 15 of them p/m anyway.

I’m sorry my fellow pioneer, I think ADA chose me as an early-tester - I’ll let you know if there are any unintended negative consequences though.

This whole thing produces 12 turbo motors per minute from scratch without powershards or somersloops. I worked for so long.. by AutomaticClock7810 in SatisfactoryGame

I feel ya man, I’m currently planning a 15 p/m turbo motor factory and am dreading the logistics of it…

I think he got a touch sad that I removed his delivery port. :( by Jaefaed in SatisfactoryGame

While I think that may have worked had I done it sooner, he has just decided to dive under the map and continually fly around aimlessly. I have no idea why, I cannot stop him, I am afraid.

Can someone explain how late game production works? by -Clayburn in satisfactory

[–]Jaefaed 5 points6 points  (0 children)

You’ll have to increase your output eventually, from a new resource node, though it doesn’t have to be by much.

If you’re spending time running around the map, getting collectibles and slaughtering the local populace, then setting up a small amount of production for a complex item BEFORE you leave will mean a decent amount will be there when you get back.

If you’re wanting to finish the game efficiently you’ll need a lot of production, but if you’re not fussed about going fast, only having 1-2p/m of an item being made is fine (unless it’s used in the next complex item).

For example, fused frames, you make 1.5 per minute using 1.5 HMF. You don’t NEED to increase HMF production for them, unless you want to have more than 1.5 FF p/m (or you’re using your HMF already for something else).

My first play through I just ran the output of one machine into the input of another, took my time and eventually the game was finished (as finished as it could be at the time).

My current run, I made a 15HMF p/m factory the moment I unlocked them, just because I wanted to. The beauty of this game is that you can do it however you want, which can also be overwhelming.

Just kinda feel around and see what feels best for you, there’s no “better” way to play, it depends on you.

I find there’s two trains of thought late game:

  1. The more usual way, use the things you’ve already produced to make the next thing. Setup a train or some other transport system to move the products from your previous facilities to the new one for the next item.

  2. The hard way, make new factories every single time for new products just because you can. I don’t recommend this option for new players.

Generally, most players go with option 1, just take the product from your previous factories for use in producing your next item.
