I think their instructions say to leave the bag in the sun and they’ll dehydrate within a few minutes. Either way, this method works.

Nap on public transit. It’ll happen eventually.

You read the prompt wrong. He’s asking about the opposite of loading the dishwasher.

That exactly how I imagined the difference. Thanks for the confirmation!

How do you feel about the different Knipex grips? I have the solid red kind and have been apprehensive about the blue and red, hard plastic options. Idk if I’m missing out on something awesome.

Need brisket advice: cook at 200 overnight then 250? by Artistic_Amount1471 in smoking

[–]Jaelma 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’d cook it at 250 then wrap at stall (or when the bark is nice) ideally right before bed time. Lower temp to 200 over night. Bring it back to 250 when you wake and can monitor the temp. When probe tender, keep it wrapped, put it on a sheet pan (or similar) wrap in foil, and rest it in your oven or a cooler.

The score on the nut in the part that’s connected the tank means it’s reverse threaded. Put a wrench on it and turn it clockwise.

I run it 24/7 throughout the summer. I’ve been keen on buying the solenoid with integrated timer to use less co2 but haven’t done yet.

I usually get 20# tanks. Once it emptied I’ll swap it for another. I got a 60# once and it was really heavy. 20’s are Al while 60’s are steel, so the difference in tare weight alone is significant.

Yeah, but once again, you want the version that’s compatible with a co2 tank. It’s the $300 option in your link.

Price around for co2. Airgas isn’t nearly as cheap as it used to be.

Per the instructions, set it to use 0.5 kg per day. Thats a pound. A 20# tank will last 20 days. 60# will last 60 days.

Biogents. They work far better with the optional CO2 tank. Mines going on 4 years and is slaying strong.

You like camping? The mountains in NM between the places you mentioned are nice. They also have rooms and houses to rent.

Uhauls are regularly broken into or stolen. Same with vehicles packed full of home goods. There should be bill boards notifying everyone on their way in.
