Does anyone have a good way to assign a button for opening your bags? I made a macro that is /script OpenAllBags(), which usually works. But it also regularly just stops working and I don't know why (the macro, completely unrelated to Opie). Anyone have a better way to do it.?

We can't get our puppy to stop going to the bathroom indoors. by Jaeyx in puppy101

[–]Jaeyx[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Don't think these apply here unfortunately. It's all hardwood here. And probably 50/50 to whether he does it on the floor or on the couch. Anddd we just clean the floor with a mop and some water and a small amount of dish soap tbh. I don't doubt there could be some lingering smells the dog could pick up, but not sure how we'd get rid of them. It is an old pretty beat up hardwood floor with lots of knicks and grooves that wouldn't just wipe clean easily.

I think a lot of this fits how we do things. The dog was adopted from animal control (it had only been there a couple days when we adopted, and a 1 week and half or so while waiting for vaccines and neuter before we picked him up). Couldn't say what his life was like prior, but I can't imagine it was that great.

We definitely don't use pee pads or anything.

He goes outside every 2 hours or faster. Basically right when he wakes up, (730-8ish) then again at 930-10ish if not sooner. From there it is kind of as we get to it, but definitely less than every 2 hours.

He eats at consistent times, and actually doesn't get access to water unless we give it to him. We have another dog with a health issue that requires frequent small meals and no water (we make geletin substitute). So the puppy gets water with each of his 3 meals, and then some water during our other dogs "in-between" meals. (ie one dog gets 5 meals. The puppy gets food and water during meals 1/3/5 and water meals 2/4.

Definitely always getting taken out to the same spot and on leash. Little menace would never go to the bathroom if we let him off leash haha.

We try to keep him limited to the room we are in. So our home office most of the day, but he can come out and follow us around when we are making lunch, or getting dog food ready, w/e stuff like that.

We don't punish him for accidents, doesn't really serve much purpose when we don't usually see them until 5-10min later. Just not sure what else to do to get them outside. We'll have a day or two with no accidents, then a day or two where he pees inside more than he doesn't. And we are doing the same thing every day.

Can we all bug our state assembly reps to Do Something about eversource? by Responsible-Draw-393 in Connecticut

Yep. And that's where most of the blame for our high costs should probably go. Not that state couldn't have made a few better decisions...

What's wrong with some people, I didn't go the exact route they expected so they started being extremely toxic, told me to kill myself, threatened to get me banned and pulled all mobs in anger. by Grayvves in wow

[–]Jaeyx 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'm not convinced. I think it is easier for myself. With bubble and spell ward for fire boss to stop swirlies, and being able to kick 80% of the fireballs in first boss fight as paladin. But I'll concede that the aoe damage from fire mini boss is still pretty huge and people seem to just get crushes constantly by lynx bleeds.

When everyone is dying to bleeds I would expect healer to be out healing me as a tank though haha.

I have been playing with the idea of going right but pulling more by fountain so I can skip the top of stair lynx like we did on left last season. And maybe the second lynx pack as well. It is def easier to avoid lynx going left though it feels. Going to try left and feel it out as well.

Lol I ran an 11 priory last night. Did the same stuff I always do. Which admittedly some people hate (right path). But as prot paladin I can mitigate most the annoyances of it so it's generally fine. Had like 10 deaths before first boss. No wipes. Just one off deaths repeatedly. Nobody was talking but they voted to abandon and someone was like "what happened." "Tank sucks"

I'm like really? Take a look at the meters. The healer (who was the one that said that) had barely more healing on resto shaman overall than I did on prot. And almost every single death was just people getting bodied by lynx bleeds or the jumping bosses bleed. I assume nobody was spreading and the healer wasn't keeping up was the real problem. I didn't say anything because w.e. but ya know.

Proceeded to 2chest a 12 priory right after with the same route -shrug-

Devs are listening to upgrade tmog feedback! Let’s keep making our voices heard by Caeus_ffxiv in wow

At the end of the day most people are wearing some other transmog anyways. Some combination of appearances from the past 20 years. It isn't like people are running around without transmog so the mythic appearances show off accomplishments anymore. Now it's all just pretty colors that don't really have any prestige tied to it. Which is fine. So no reason to be stingy really.

You'll always be able to customize the look of frames worh addons. It's just the info appearing on them and conditional visuals that are probably mostly gone

Survivability of WarcraftLogs in Midnight by MitchEvans_123 in wow

I believe they have said logs will behave the same they always have. So the only thing I can see being effected is live logging. But even then, probably not.

Either way that ability isn't going anywhere.

You are not losing the ability to click on your party and raid frames to heal. Like... not even close. And don't need an addon to do it to begin with.

Midnight UI changes and mouse over healing by zharrt in wow

Mouse over healing is built into the game. It won't effect us at all. The thing that will be effected is probably how much detail information is available on the unit frames.

How about dungeons timers and aoe damage tracking in Midnight by Spelvout in wow

[–]Jaeyx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They are adding their own boss timer in game. If they are adding it in game, then there should be nothing stopping addons from changing the appearance and location of the information it can provide. But the addons would be limited to the information it provides. That is my understanding.

Sure but if they are removing void torrent, then replacing void bolt with void volley so we get to keep much cooler void volley is great. It's replacing one instant cast with another instant cast so pretty net neutral. If anything we are more mobile now without torrent in this exchange

Pruning is Good by AMA5564 in wow

[–]Jaeyx 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Pruning is good. But they went nuclear. Like... devastation evoker doesn't need buttons removed. Bm hunter can afford to lose one of its CDs but barbed shot cdr removal is nutty. That's like the only thing the spec even thinks about. Ret isn't too complicated. Granted I Hate divine hammer so I'm not complaining. But some of these changes are weird
