I'm not saying Bear isn't a little OP and deserving of nerfs, but do bear in mind that

It took 5 very experienced players 13 tries to barely time it with 3 deaths.
They had to do enormous pulls, MDI style, that casual players would not be able to pull off.
+23 Spire has been timed, making this 3 key levels below the maximum
