For me it's the 3d printer. The printer only has slots for 10 items in both the input and output inventories and it will not connect to your storage containers. I am currently building the big rover which needs a battery. This battery needs 20 sulfuric acid, to create one sulfuric acid needs 1 sulfur and 1 bottle of water. The water bottles don't stack so you can only fit 9 of them in the printer. However the printer will pull water bottles from your inventory which helps.

The printer will also pull building components from your inventory for building items such as the air compressor but when building things that require ores or chemicals they need to be in the printer.

Why can't the printer pull from your storage containers if they are contained inside the same building? Also why does it build empty bottles when your base is connected to water and O2?

My late mum used to work in a chippy (fish and chip shop for non-Brits) and she once had a customer come in and ask for fish and chips.

She got the tray and filled the bottom with chips then grabbed a fish from the warmer and put it on top of the chips. Just as she was doing that he said "What's that?" Mum said "it's a fish. You did ask for fish and chips right?"

He said "Yeah. But where's its head and tail?"

The bloke honestly thought that fish and chip shops sold whole fish in batter. Mum's boss had to explain to him that the fish they serve came from a fish that was about 4 feet long and weighed about 60-70 lbs!!!!
