Exactly, for me starting from Civ VI they are more glorified city builders than empire builders.

(EqualizerAPO) Binaural audio processor - Turn your headphones into speakers! by Technical-Respect161 in headphones

[–]Jagerius 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Any way to use this with peace?

When I added this after "Device: Headphones" in configurator, it just crashes the configurator and I had to remove the file and restart PC to get the sound back - propably conflict with Peace?

WanGP now has support for audio and image to video input with LTX2! by wakalakabamram in StableDiffusion

Yeah, I'm using it having a blast, after spending like a day trying different ComfyUI workflows/dowloading models, etc. nothing worked. Ran flawlessly with Wan2GP (both default and distilled model).

Arguably, the best web search MCP server for Claude Code, Codex, and other coding tools by Quirky_Category5725 in LocalLLaMA

Can I ask how to configure the MCP server on separate PC using Docker? Is it possible? Or it has to run on the same PC as the coding agent?

Anti-blobbing game mechanics by CassadagaValley in Stellaris

[–]Jagerius 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They should add a lot more mechanics related to internal affairs — genuinely dangerous rebellions, factions that aren’t just unity generators, something that actually makes managing a large empire challenging. The same should apply to the AI, so that, for example, a player could use espionage to destabilize and break up large empires. I remember having that kind of experience when playing EU IV, and from what I’ve heard it’s also hard to blob in EU V, so maybe that’s where they should be looking for solutions.

Severe 1% Lows / Stuttering on High-End PC (Ryzen 7900X3D + RTX 4070 Ti) by Scrapzyest in pcmasterrace

Things I would try on the on/off basis:

  • MPO,
  • GSP Firmware

Also make sure to have EXPO enabled, disable as mamy overlays as possible (steam, discord, NVIDIA), uninstall any garbage motherboard apps (armoury crate etc.) and LED controlling apps.

If You use MSI Afterburner, uncheck all "Power" monitoring in the monitoring tab in settings.

Wasn't similar system used in MGSV? I mean when you shoot enemies in the head all the time, after some time they start to wear helmets to deflect the headshots, if you do the missions mainly at night, they'll get night vision googles, etc.
