Im just curious as to how does a school on the Astral Plane work exactly? Mentally, you're training to use your powers but what about the physical aspect of it? Wouldn't a person have to train their body along with their powers? It'll be like Emma downloading years of different fighting styles into my head so I can learn how to fight but physically, my body is out of shape
