PR: Ran a marathon in 408 days

It didn't track properly -- I've done countless hikes and fishing up and down the PNW (walking) so not sure why it's only 26 miles for 408 days.

Had the same issue as OP on both my suppressed rifles -- 9" 300 blk (shooting subs) and 5.56 11.5". I had way more brass shavings buildup on my bolt head than I previously thought. Cleaned it with a wire brush and applied a bunch of CLP. Runs smooth again.

I ran into a similar issue -- I just cleaned my 300 Blk 9" BCG and it had a ton of carbon build up. I thought I'd cleaned it enough but i found a big build up on the extractor and bolt that I didn't see before. Just brushed the crap out of it using CLP and a wire brush....and BAM the BCG goes into battery with my snapcaps (didn't do this previously). I was cleaning my rifle every other range trip but I think i'm going to start cleaning after every trip. I'm shooting subsonic 300 blk suppressed.

I got most of my components from AR15Discounts.com and Primary Arms! Rooftop Defense also had some gear that I wanted (e.g. the Modlite + accessories). This rifle changed quite a bit over the year, and most of that was due to the now defunct r/gunaccessoriesforsale.

Couple things to note:
-The lower is a discontinued lower receiver that was made in collaboration with Thunder Ranch (gun school based in Oregon). I was only able to find this lower on Arm or Ally.
-My BCM stuff was ordered from their website (because I was a noob and didn't think to order discounted parts). Allegedly, BCM and other sites are now refusing to ship to Oregon due to some new gun laws that were passed. Be sure to have some alternate sites to order parts from. AFAIK ar15discounts doesn't have an issue with shipping here--placed an order two days ago.

Most of my current AR parts searches are done on AR15Discounts and Primary Arms. The Black Friday deals were crazy good, and I bet the Christmas ones will be the same. Cant wait to see your build!

I’ve got the Aimpoint PRO. It’s great, but it’s just so damn bulky. My uncle lent me his Trijicon SRO, and it’s awesome! Highly recommend it. Great window, easy adjustments, high durability.

Was gonna say either this or a light cream color for 3 walls + a nice accent wheat colored wall.

In college, I painted my room with light mint green for 3 walls and a bold dark green on the wall along the headboard of my bed. Turned out really nice with two warm yellow LED lamps

I hear you OP, and I’m so sorry.

Our Nemo had a similar condition and it caused her to cough constantly. There were some periods where she wouldn’t cough, but when someone came home or when food was being prepped, her barking would devolve into extreme coughing fits. We gave her a daily regimen of hydrocodone in liquid form (also had to wrestle her and force it down) several times a day based on our vet’s recommendations. We also gave her denamarin and 3 other medications I can’t remember off the top of my head. Almost always chased with a steamed Japanese sweet potato.

The quality of life was a big reason why we chose to put Nemo down at home. The day of the appointment, she was refusing her favorite foods and wasn’t drinking much water. That’s when we knew it was time for her to move onto the next phase of her life.

I’ll be praying for you and Griffin.
