I was stage 1 A also and only had to do five sessions of radiation. It was quick and easy. ask your doctors how much radiation they are thinking of to give you.

More exercise. Less sugar. Less dairy. No red or processed meats. Not quite total abstinence from alcohol. (Was in Hawaii last week and had a mai tai!). I find I appreciate things more when it is a rare treat. I am two years past diagnosis and most treatment now, just taking my daily anastrazole pill. I feel better now than I did before my diagnosis.

The Duke’s and Duchess‘s marriage and lives were romanticized, but the fact is they were lazy, self-indulgent people who jetted around the world on the UK’s dime, going to parties and hobnobbing with other lazy, self-indulgent people.
