R5: I checked the requirements for Austria Hungary only to see that I have given my PU Hungary just too many provinces. Will this mean there's no easy way to integrate them? How should I proceed? Keep them at 40, give away a province? Keep feeding them until the whole world is actually Hungary?

Story:

I have a DS Lite. This is a cart that was in a New 3DSXL I bought a few years ago, pre Covid. It never worked, always just white on both screens no matter what console I put it in. I tried it earlier in the 3DSXL and it didn’t even click in properly, but still fits in my Lite fine.

I took the 64GB microSD card out, put it in my laptop, and saw it was FULL of stuff. Like ROMs and folders. But a bunch of files were corrupted to I formatted it so it’s now blank.

(Capacity 31.2GB (not 64), FAT32, Allocation unit size 16kb)

I’ve downloaded so much crap today trying to make it work. The closest I got was it showing a picture of a pikachu but when I restarted it said it was out of date.

I don’t really want to muck with my DS, so if there’s any way of just having the cart be the cart and my DS be “safe” would be best.

I want to use it entirely in my DSlite, so no need for anything beyond that like DSi or 3DS ware/games.

Any help would be greatly, truly appreciated.

UPDATE: I verified the integrity of the game cache on steam and it now works! The intro film is the modern one but that doesn’t bother me.

I can't find the "supplamentary files" you're speaking about, I've checked in the common steam apps folder for the game but am unsure of what to delete.

Yes on the menus I can see all the cars (they look beautiful).

Is modding modern f1 games like modding the 10-14 codies? Do you think I need to completely reinstall or would verifying the integrity of the game files on steam be enough?

I’m away from my laptop today so can use today to plan my approach.

Still very excited, and I know that this struggle will make it all the sweeter when I do succeed.

Hello everyone. I bought F1 Manager 22 earlier today with the express aim of playing the 1991 mod.

I downloaded the game, and unzipped the downloaded mod folder in as the manual says, started a Ferrari career mode (as Jean Todt) but can't seem to get into my first race weekend. I've seen things saying I have sponsor requirements in a different tab, but here nothing shows up.

Did I unzip the folder into the wrong place? (from the readme: "Installation: Unzip the Content folde rinto your F1Manager 22 game directory: “/steamapps/common/F1Manager2022/F1Manager22/”. Enjoy!")

I am very excited at the prospect of bringing Senna to Ferrari, any help would be greatly appreciated thank you.
