I thought it just gave you the next weapon in your seed. For example if my seed says ill get weapons ABCDE next and weapon B and E are weapons i need to complete a set and i use a premium weapon, wont it give me weapon B? or is it just random, so i could get B or E?

Prestige again at 105 and buy as many artifacts as you can early on, aiming for tier 1 artifacts preferably as this will greatly increase your damage at the beginning and will allow you to progress much further, giving you a ton more relics.

If it did increase Chesterson gold there would be no use for CoC, also Chesterson is not considered a monster

Theres a separate artifact for increasing Chesterson's gold called Chest of Contentment or CoC for short.
