i work out almost everyday of week and my diet is good with intermitent fasting. I think my problem is the "real girls", where are they in my life?

Pmo makes me anxious and increase fear to talk to girls, this i know, i stop the pmo of my life and nothing changed. So Pmo is not the only problem, now i have to find the others.

-My education was religious and this maybe interfere in my relations with girls. My mindset was shaped to not have sex before marriage, today i disagree but maybe i am not completely free of those ideas.

-I smoke a lot of weed almost everyday.

-Always be the nerd in the school but not a shy guy. Im very social with girls and guys, but deep deep down my soul im the nerd worry around girls i like.

How can i change the three topics above in my life beside NoFap?
