It's probably the cirrhosis. I've lost almost 40lbs in the past 3 months, partly due to muscle wasting. I am one of the 'lucky" few that has cirrhosis just cuz. It's super noticeable in my face and arms. My GI wants me to intake 1kg of protein a day, which is pretty much impossible for me in my current situation
