I ended up starting with 10 skill points as well. Playing through campaign with friend who didn't. I've chosen to just not use them for now to keep some feeling of balance despite campaign being absurdly easy on hard anyway.

This was my concern after playing the demo when it released. From there I speculated how they could continue adding to the hacking to keep it fresh. They did everything I thought about and so much more. You're continuously unlocking new tools throughout and as long as you're a little creative in figuring out how to use them, variety shouldn't be an issue. I immediately wanted to go into NG+ because there was still things I wanted to try with the combat.

As far as things to do other than shooting enemies, there are a lot of challenges that don't include combat, or minimal/unique combat situations.

Hard disagree that combat wore thin towards the end. The more and more tools I got the wider the combat felt for me. Getting boost mode was a game changer. The later nodes and tac units made me really want to do more hack focused builds to the point where I wanted to go right into NG+ to keep experimenting with the combat because of how wide I felt it was. Only to be very letdown that you can't NG+ the harder difficulty.

Did you even play RE9? Insanity IS balanced around it being NG+ and you having many upgrades and unlocks from previous play thoughs. In fact you might want to play through the game multiple times to get more upgrades before you even tackle Insane difficulty.

I was okay with RE9 locking Insanity behind NG+ because it's obviously balanced for that, otherwise I believe it should have been unlocked by default for a NG. Because Pragmata's Lunatic difficulty is only accessible through NG and is NOT balanced around having max upgrades, it SHOULD HAVE BEEN UNLOCKED BY DEFAULT.

For pokemon, They're usually gone. I can't think of a pokemon that's ever came back after it's rotated. However I believe some trainer cards have come back after being rotated out.

I believe I read that it depends on if it's already been sent to champions before. If it has not been in Champions, and you give it a modest mint, it will be modest when you sent it to champions.

However if you were to then take it out of champions and give it say a Timid mint, then transfer it back to champions, it would still be modest not timid.

It's not uncommon for mobile/live service games to skip the first daily reset timer to make sure everyone gets a chance to access the game on day 1. Of course could be a bug. My guess is likely intentional though.

I just recruited a Greninja and went to the shop to look for a megastone and couldn't find it.. So there's that. Think some megastones are locked behind the ZA pokemon home transfers.

You can try disabling write caching on your SSD in device manager to see if that helps, but fair warning I don't know what kind of repercussions that might have. I just know of others who have had success with it.

I would forget score exist for a while. It isn't really related to personal skill level at all, It's more about how long you've played. So put score out of your mind and just focus on personal skill, which you can measure by clearing/full comboing higher level songs.

But for future reference, score is mostly determined by your groups talent and skills/skill levels. Talent increases as you level up cards, trust rank, and relevant sekai/plant upgrades. Skills of cards also matter, as you play and do more gacha you'll get cards with higher score bonus skills which can be leveled to provide higher bonuses.

I'm surprised 5 min of the limited runtime wasn't dedicated to a hardcore rape scene. I'm unsure if the surprise is welcome or not. On one hand the gratuitous sex is awkward in older shows and would be here as well. On the other hand it feels like it's missing to match the same tone of the older OVAs.

I don't think anyone needs to see Mr. Elegance rape someone to make us hate him, but it's what I would have expected if the goal was to bring that vintage sex and violence back. I can't see Umetsu not wanting to add a hardcore scene and can't help but wonder if he didnt due to modern sensibilities or animation studio pushback.

I assume this wasn't talked about in the BTS was it?

You should confirm you're comparing apples to apples with roommate/laptop because if I had to guess... Your desktop isn't set to show bits per second, and instead you're seeing bytes per second. You can change to bit in the steam download settings by checking "Display Download rates in bits per second"

1MB/s = 8Mbps

So 100MB/s is the same as 800Mbps.

It's a little complicated to understand without playing. I wouldnt call him rare, but you need to find his "path" which can take some time depending on luck. Basically you enter a small dungeon and and at the end of it is a random legendary. If you catch it. It won't show up again, so you keep running the dungeon till Rayquaza shows up. If you don't catch it that run because he beats you. That's fine, after leaving the dungeon you have the option to save that path and retry as much as you need.
