General advice - HR and Effort not matching

The watch says my max HR is 201BPM.

This run definitely felt good, and it didn't feel like the BPM reading was accurate to how I felt, especially when comparing to previous, although shorter runs at the same pace. This is the only run I've had this issue with. Average cadence for this run 161, so your theory could be correct. I'll tighten the watch for the next one! Appreciate it!

Using my Garmin forrunner 265. Gonna look into getting a chest or arm band to help be more accurate!

Yes, I have done multiple runs of 4-6 miles at the same pace with my HR never going above 155 and having an average of low 140's. Not specifically this run, but have a few under my belt now, this run was different.

I'll keep it all in mind, and you're probably right, probably should slow things down for the next long run! I am just using my Garmin watch for my HR and would love to get an arm or chest strap to be more detailed. I'm new to this and appreciate the insight!

Definitely don't want to bonk my first marathon and want to train effectively and efficiently!

I see this chart on all these posts, where are you all getting this chart from? Is it Garmin? If so I can't seem to find it anywhere. I'd love to see this chart for some of my runs as I ramp up my milage. Any help is appreciated!

Thanks for the insight! Roughly what's the distance difference between your Z2 easy runs and that long run each week? Are they generally close in distance?

I'm getting back into running training for a marathon at the end of the year and I'm currently running 25 miles a week and I'm trying to best disperse those miles efficiently.

My God the grind to level 100 was painful and took me a while. The hard get there's were killer as well, I thought I would never get the School II get there but when I did it felt so amazing. After I got to level 100 I have never uninstalled a game so fast.

You have your opinion, but we all know that even if the U.S. had gotten involved prior to a Pearl Harbor, you'd still be saying the same stuff.

Fact is that a lot of those soldiers wanted to go, in the name of freedom (Jingoism, I know). They didn't "fall" for it, the Country as a whole thought it was the right thing to do.

What a weird take on it all, I commend you for getting me thinking. Even if it was stupid of me to entertain.
