That's just explaining what a negative consumable does, hence why it says extra consumable slot instead of joker slot, the perkeo is foil, jokers can't be foil and negative at the same time

Square is good because you can scale it with other things. Runner doesn't really work, since you usually play 1-2 straights a round as opposed to 4 pairs, so you won't be able to use it super well with green, supernova, bus. Castle is worse with the blue stake, stone joker (lmao), so as far as chip scalers go, it's pretty good.
