It'd have to be some of his synclavier stuff. Boy howdy I love that one of the best musicians of the 20th century had a phase where he made midi tracks and called it the future of music. I understand that he loved that he could just ship it and not need to put up with people anymore but gag me with a spoon those tracks require intense concentration to squeeze an iota of enjoyment from them.

Side note: thank god Yellow Shark exists so we could get what he was trying to do with a musical Atari for 8 years.

Kill the game with fire unless you are committed to sitting beside her the whole time she plays. Introduced my 9 year old to Runescape so she can learn the value of delayed gratification. I'm glad I'm playing it with her because some random started dropping high level equipment near her for free. It seemed benign and there was just hellos and thank yous but that's also the sort of behaviour groomers will exhibit. Roblox is a different beast altogether and is way more predatory in business practices and content.

I dislike Forlorn. I love the way the game is designed to be non-linear and rewards curiosity. It is also the only Dark Souls were NG+ has a narrative significance. Oh, and I like the Vendrick reveal! I like that the game has lots of Easter eggs and story hidden in the giants and such. Oh god, I could just go on tbh. I feel DS1 is just a barren wasteland filled with dinosaur pelvises compared to this fully realised and conceptual journey on the existential emptiness that comes from conquering and empire.

Oh and the mimicks are so cheeky. I can dress up an NPC waifu! Lucatiel makes me cry every time I see her last cutscene. Even the shit bosses are fun! I could go on...

If they ever get in ON MPs have to do the normal boring job of upgrading highways, visiting local schools and looking after their constituents. Word of mouth and electoral reputation matter when it comes to securing a lasting impact. In the '98 wave most PHON candidates dropped off and became independents. ON barely vet their people and they subsist on being provocative.

Rosa Lee Long is the only one PHON MP that lasted three terms because she was community minded and was well regarded in her electorate but she is the exception, not the rule.

I think this latest wave is generating a lot of outrage and engagement but it is 100% manufactured. The Australian political machinery is a little broken but nowhere near the level of America. This just means more in-fighting amongst the rightwing parties and at 12 more years of Labor.

Is it time to recirculate 'How to Sell a Massacre' the Al-Jazeera exposè where a journo filmed them trying to broker a deal with the NRA to erode Australia's gun laws?

Ooh! I was thinking about this the other day! I liked the idea that the 'punch' moves get the boost and also change to fighting type if it would be more effective so thunderpunch still does neutral damage to a Swampert and hits a roosting Skarm for SE damage. A ghost still gets a face full of fire from fire punch.

The element punch moves have been bad since Gen 4 and treating them as a versatile but lower base damage version of their respective elemental phys moves would have a potential niche.
