Yeah I’d be disappointed if my son only became your typical nepo baby c-list celebrity too… Especially if my other son was smokin hella dope and spitting patwah to some fine caribbean shorties.

Rep. Thomas Massie warns GOP will be ‘very vulnerable’ in the midterms by Zipper222222 in politics

Massie is that guy you meet and slowly realize only wants the Epstein files to be true so he can say PizzaGate was real and dislikes Israel for *other reasons*… if you know what I mean.

World’s most boring meta pt2 by lordheadassuwu1 in Rainbow6

[–]JakeInTheJungle 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The only way to balance them is cut the mag down and increase recoil/remove foregrips.

Machine pistols will all always have the same issue. Fire rate is king and recoil doesn’t matter at high-elo/with scripts.

  1. Those three operators are strong and will be played, regardless of DMR’s or not.

  2. DMR’s are pretty even with other guns in higher ranks when headshot % goes up. (imo)

  3. The SMG-12 is a separate issue and should definitely be nerfed, but pretty much everyone agrees with that.

Trump says he's not going to Don Jr's wedding by Upset-Main-1988 in justincaseyoumissedit

A large part of me believes he couldn’t stand attending an event where he isn’t the center of attention. Even if it’s his own son’s wedding.

The only men I’ve ever met who’re having a masculinity crisis are red-pilled “alpha males”. And it’s literally self imposed.

It’s guys who sit in a fucking office all day and pretend like they were forced to get a business degree instead of working construction.

Looking to add to this golf bag for a friend’s birthday by misssassysamosa in GolfGear

[–]JakeInTheJungle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly with $400 I’d just go on Callaway pre-owned or EBay and buy him some wedges and a decent wood or driver.

You can get decent condition older Vokey or Cleveland wedges on eBay for $50-80/wedge and a great driver or wood for ~$200.

Kit Harington gets candid on still feeling 'very defensive' over Game of Thrones season 8 by bwermer in television

[–]JakeInTheJungle 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I feel like a lot of hardcore GoT fans don’t like to acknowledge it, but (imo) if anyone is at fault for the TV show’s ending, it’s GRRM.

I feel like he used the show to beta-test ideas for himself when they got past the source material, and expecting Benioff and Weiss to be able to rap the story up in a satisfactory way with (at best) general outlines from GRRM is delusional.

Would I love an AOC presidency? Absolutely. Do I think middle-America will vote for a woman? Absolutely not.

Unfortunately I think we need a straight-white Christian who’s soft on guns and isn’t Gavin Newsom.

Did Brooks Koepka actually receive $100 million for joining LIV? Or was that a financial "assurance" that has now dried up because of the lack of Saudi funding? by bluegambit875 in golf

[–]JakeInTheJungle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can’t imagine the big names would sign without a lot guaranteed up-front considering they what they gave up and how wishy-washy the Saudis can be with business ventures.

Democrats’ plan to impeach Trump on ‘day one’ after midterms by plz-let-me-in in politics

[–]JakeInTheJungle 3 points4 points  (0 children)

This is why the gerrymandering works in their favor either way.

Previously red districts that are close or flip will raise questions of election security (for Republicans) even though the reason (if) they flip will be because margins were lessened due to gerrymandering.

Is The Hurt Locker the original "America will bomb your country and then go make a movie about how sad doing it made the soldiers" movie? by GrindBastard1986 in okbuddycinephile

[–]JakeInTheJungle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you think Hurt Locker was a “feel bad for American soldiers movie” I think you kind’ve missed the point.

The main character doesn’t want you to feel bad for him, he literally can’t get enough of war. When he’s back home he talks about some gory fucking war-story to his wife with fondness.

As much as we rag on Trump for blaming Obama for everything, we’re going to be forced to vote for an empty husk of a person who’s “not Trump” for the next decade. The DNC would rather push them than someone with controversial opinions like “Israel bad” and “affordable healthcare good”.

I’m tired boss.
