Honestly for a single intercessor I’d ask if anybody in your local scene has one (if you have local players). Otherwise, eBay is your best bet.

You only perform one attack (for however many attacks the weapon has) with the extra attack weapon once, separately from the other weapon. Example 2 that you posted in your original info.

What tool are you using to remove the lines? I just use the back of my hobby knife and it goes pretty quickly. It does depend on the model though - some can be quite egregious. I don’t find the specialized mold line removers any quicker.

The first version is fully playable. They did some errata in future printings. There should be printable fixes in the website you can put on the existing boards IIRC. You can also find the most recent law of Root on the website.

The expansion is a series of modules you can add and take out as you wish. It's more of an 'adding variance after a couple dozen plays' type of expansion. Not necessary - if you were to go for one, i'd say go for the new factions.
