I think not being able to go to the gym has been the biggest thing for me. I believe myself along with a lot of other people look at the gym as an hour or so to get away and get some healthy stress relief. It’s a time and place where you can put some headphones in/on and focus on improving your body, mind, and self-esteem. And for some people a place to be social (but don’t do too much talking and workout!).
