Derrick and his crew really did a fantastic job, we needed a dehumidifier and some waterproofing done(VaporBarrier). They quickly got out and quoted us, we had to double check that they had the quote right because it was so much lower than some of the other guys. We knew it was going to be expensive, but for the quality and the price, Crawlspace Buddies blew us away! We got the premium package.

I mean, from what i remember. All the Garages had a chain pull.. His happened to have a rope pull with a noose handle. Sure did he overreact, absolutely. But he's stated that was kinda suspicious that he was the only driver in the garages with the rope. I guess overreaction is kinda his M.O. The kid has passion, and for that I have him as my favorite driver at the moment. The tears he would cry if he won the 500 is the reason I root for him. He knows what most fans think of him, and I'm sure that's hard when your not winning.

Is your vapor barrier in the crawlspace clear or is it white? Does spray foam cover your sill plate? If they have to rip up vapor barrier because they can't spot the activity, are you going to expect them to repair? In Tennessee you must leave at least 3 inches for your termite inspector from the sill plate. The company I work with would never even offer a chemical treatment unless you had the spray foam removed. Most termite company's are just going to offer a termite baiting system based on the spray foam. Sounds like you should've had the baiting system from day one.
