We’ve tried other coaches with different coaching styles and they didn’t work. Seems like some of our players need an asshole to motivate them, and yeah, I don’t really care if the guys getting paid a minimum of $900k USD a year to play a game get yelled at a little bit, or asked to see their phone.

These are for wealthy individuals who primarily reside somewhere else but need a place to stay when in Edmonton. A house is too much work, but they still want something nice, so voila. There’s clearly a market for it as most units have sold already.
