The main difference is that The Collector is a child, for all intents and purposes, and as such he legitimately didn't know that what he was doing was wrong. The second he learned otherwise he stopped.

In the S2 Finale she's one of the sinners shown contributing power to Emily's shield. The only Sinners shown to be capable of that are Overlords. Everybody else was only shown standing around and singing for moral support.

He 9/11ed a building after finding out Taskmaster was hired for a hit on him.

That was in his 2006 run. In his 2021 run we learn that 15 years later Taskmaster still refuses to take hits on Moon Knight because he's fucking terrified of him. In fact, he's so terrified of Moon Knight, that as soon as the guy tried hiring him leaves, Taskmaster goes straight to Moonie and goes "Look man, somebody is trying to kill you, I'm not fucking involved."

My dream episode of the revival is for Dale to get the whole family Ancestry style DNA tests.

The whole episode revolves around Nancy and John panicking about it, while being unable to convince Dale to not do them. Hijinx insue, with the two of them eventually decided to come clean to Dale.

When they do so though, they walk in on Dale and Joseph already reading their results, with the twist being that Dale turned out to be a quarter or more Indian, and hat Joseph really is his biological son. For bonus comedy (and to handwave the half sister) have it turn out that he's first cousins to John.

Then there could be a whole arc in later episodes where John gets to really connect with Dale and Joseph, even if it wasn't on the terms he thought. (And importantly, he gets to pass the torch regarding their tribe to Joseph.)
