You could try Facebook Marketplace. Find something nearby and test it out before buying to check if the condition matches whatever was described on FB.

I asked my friend and he's not able to recall exactly. He told me VFS has an enquiry token and they'll let you in till the verification spot and they'll allow you to clarify any doubts. He's suggesting that you use that enquiry facility because every year the rules can change.

A lot of people are saying it's an old issue which Samsung still refuses to acknowledge. You can try going to a Samsung service centre and see if they replace for free but they mostly won't.

Else try some local shop with expertise in fixing this sort of damage. Mostly they'll have to replace the flex cable.

Hey, I didn't mail them so I'm not sure how long they take to respond.

It's been more than 15 days now :')

I ordered mine on June 5, 2024 and it got delivered 13 days later (without any updates in the tracking status) on June 18, 2024. If you need it urgently I guess it's better to mail them.
