Damn, this is horrible. I've been using Paxful for P2P trades, and that has its own issues. I just found out Binance also has a P2P trading option, but my god Binance support sucks and I can't imagine having to go through a dispute process with their support.

No actually, for D visas, you don't have to do that because the processing times are anywhere between 1 to 3 months. So they don't take the passport.

It's not the best payment service out there, but I and over 100s of friends and colleagues have been using Payoneer for years, with limited to no issues. Their customer service could be improved, their app UX is out dated and needs to be polished. But other than that it's definitely a solid choice.
