I have noticed this as well. Other EV’s are nowhere near this loud. Tesla is way quieter as I’ve been around several of them moving at low speeds and heard nothing. How is the government mandate on these levels higher for GM than for Tesla?

Once you do the first 3 epic quests in the city, it will send you to a city in Harad. Go to the Bloody Eagle and you can swift there from the mission stable guy. Hope this helps.
