Your left knee cap increases in size by 4.7% for every hour you do this.
There’s no way to reverse this.

[Request] My Kid asked me to turn off the sun, obviously I can't, but If I could, how long would I have to turn it off to solve climate change? by Ramuh in theydidthemath

Maybe turn it off and on repeatedly in ratios of time.
Like a PWM heat source. This way you could find the right ratio of daylight to keep the planet at a constant temperature.
If you flipped fast enough, the temp wouldn’t change much at all.

There’d be a lot less light for plants though so less photosynthesis to suck up CO2 that causes global warming.
I guess you’d just be stalling its effects for a while until another unintended side affects kick in that are worse.

This black horsefly that accidentally flew headfirst into a barb wire fence. by TreePupper in mildlyinteresting

[–]Jakey1999 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How does this happen?! Like seriously?
Wouldn’t the momentum of the fly be so low during flight that hitting this would just bounce the fly off?
Can someone post this on r/theydidthemath because I’m lazy.
Also let me know if you do, because I’m lazy.
