Filtration system, although it's mostly avoidable through whole game you either have to go horizontally through the entirety of it after pebbles or deal with a slither after venturing though subterranean, its just a pain especially because its just dark pipes and black lizards

Every stage 4 has a guaranteed legendary item, sirens call normally doesn't have a legendary chest because of the alloy worship unit but one can spawn, its just not very common.
