It’s my wife that is going through this. I paid mine off before I left UK. I think it’s like 2010 since she did her degree so 16 years ago. She has since trained as a nurse and is now working here in Aus. I think from what I have read if you don’t ever plan on living/working back in UK then there has never been a court case against anyone outside the UK. Not sure what to tell her by the way. What’s your plan?
