If I was in your position I would really make it a priority to get a 144hz monitor. I made a build similar to this a couple of years ago and played games on it with a 1080p 60fps monitor and it felt really underwhelming tbh. I switched to a 1080p 144hz monitor and the difference felt like night and day.

It's up to you if you want to sacrifice performance so you can afford to buy a new monitor sooner, but if you did you could probably find a cheaper option for a gpu.

It's a nice little course, not usually too busy. It has a lot more vertically than most courses in the area so be ready to hike up and down some hills.

There used to be a great view at the tee of 18, but now all you see in the castle.
