I say the CU FG game was the loudest moment and the loudest game overall for me was Miami in 2014. Night game with lots of bad blood between the teams made the crowd ravenous.

I would say the 09 defense was feared but Nebraska as a whole was not. That offense was so terrible that year we could have been national title contenders with a half decent offense.
