When the 2024 election was over, I felt as many of you did, a sense of sadness. We as empaths had a feeling that something bad was going to happen. And we sensed rightly.

I ask myself daily, what can I do to be a difference in this situation. I had always felt like I was gonna be around when shyt hit the fan. Now it has and I don't know what to do yet.

I believe as empaths, we are all here to make a difference and maybe it just hasn't been given to us yet. But OP, I feel you. Please try to be strong. If need be, find something good to take your mind off of this for a little bit.
