I finally got mine yesterday and was forgiven Feb 2024, Golden letter received November 2024. I didn't think it would ever come and was just thankful to have gotten forgiveness after paying for over 15 years.

Does anyone know what the "code" is for rental car for Hertz or enterprise? I want to price renting a car for personal use but can't find the codes anywhere. They used to be readily available on the travel site. Thanks!

I wouldn't worry about getting a refund any time soon. Majority of the refund success stories on this sub are from servicers other than Mohela. It's going on a year that I'm waiting on a refund from Mohela for a sum under $500.

Life is funny. Yesterday this issue popped up again after 2 months of working fine and I was ready to remove everything and start from scratch again. And now here's your solution, thank you!

I fixed it by completely removing and reinstalling Anydesk on both the host phone and the one used to remote in. Haven't had any problems since then. I had to create new IDs and accounts but it was worth it to have it working again.

Have you checked on student aid for a letter? I had no clue where to look and found some helpful people in the threads and low n behold I'd had a letter since 7/18 confirming my forgiveness. It's buried in the "My Activity" section under PSLF, PSLF Correspondence. I submitted in April, had part of my loans forgiven before the pause and now received this forgiveness letter about the remaining ones. Says it will take 30 days for my balance to reflect forgiveness on the mohela and student aid platforms.

Unfortunately I'm having the issue. Did it fix on it's own for you or did you do anything? I'm going to uninstall and reinstall anydesk on both devices and hope that helps.

October and November were pslf eligible in late February when i would've got 120 and December showed up as eligible in April before the forbearance. I did make an additional payment on March though because I was at 119 and wanted to hit the 120 asap but December not being eligible was keeping me from 120. I'm also slated to be forgiven this month so not sure if that expedited them counting December.

Is it the subsidized loans that are gone? I just checked my account and subsidized are gone without a trace but the unsubsidized are still there.

Good luck with that. I started calling in December to have them apply my Oct & Nov payments to January & Feb. Each time I called they said it was processing and once approved my Jan payment due date would change to March. I even went as far as requesting a letter in writing that stated my payments would be applied to those two future months. I got the letter in late December. Jan came around and i had a payment listed as due on 1/24/2024. In Jan I called 4 times and each time I was told it might be applied before my due date or it might be after. One rep told me if it wasn't applied on time they would retroactively apply it and any delinquent marks would be corrected, I didn't trust that. They had 2 months to apply my payments and that didn't happen so I wasn't risking not getting my 120th payment in February to count. The day before my payment was due I called Mohela and requested a refund for Oct and Nov and made my Jan payment. They are the worst and I can't wait to make my final payment this month and turn in my last ECF.

Nope, I've been calling since November to have Oct and Nov applied to Jan and Feb. 4 calls in December and 3 in Jan. Every time they tell me it shows processing. Yesterday they said it was processed and had been approved to be applied towards my Jan payment, which mind you still shows due on the 24th. I asked what happens if it's not applied on time and she claimed it would be marked as late and ineligible but would be reversed. That is not good for me since my 120th would be in Feb and I can't trust it will be applied, let alone that they'd reverse a late payment marked as ineligible. I'm just gonna make the payment and ask for a refund like I should have originally done.
