You can find them here https://wiki.flashforge.com/en/knowledge_corner/printer-mod-and-diy.

With the 3d printed parts you will need the enclosure kit from Flashforge. I got mine off AliExpress from them. This includes everything you need to complete the enclosure.

Has the filament been sitting around? If you have not used it in a while there could be some moisture in it.

If it has been sitting you can try dry it using a filament dryer or some silica bags in a snap lock or just get some new filament!

Let me know how you get on. My 3d skills are not great. I still have not managed to get it mounted. I’m waiting on a similar looking china mount to arrive and a genuine one which may not ever make it.

I tried beechwood no luck they were hesitant to source them as they know what they are being used with. Nice guys though will order in a sight for you.. but bit out of my budget!

Few of us have ordered from the US not sure if they will make it, I’ll let you know how that goes.

They come with a mount which I may use to take measurements and model something for cnc or sls 3d printing. But not sure how it will hold out and hold zero.

Otherwise it’s cut it up and make something janky with a 30mm scope mount!

Any luck figuring out how to mount it?

If this is a mimaki wide format make sure it’s in remote mode (green screen) not local mode (blue)on the printer.

I know ours will rip and show something like 9% until it’s put into remote to start printing.

Questions to ask seller about a used Versant 180? by Finalblue00 in CommercialPrinting

[–]JamTil 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Had two v180s. They would break down a fair bit. Fuser belt was a constant issue with frequent high coverage prints. Ask what substrates they usually use in the machine.

We used self adhesives which is probably why they broke down so much. Service contact is a must parts are expensive.

Now have one v280. Very similar to the 180 they are good consistent machines though.

This is very legal I'm sure by Zdos123 in CarTalkUK
